My foot size falls between sizes, should I order a bigger or smaller size?

Our avarcas only come in full sizes. If your size falls between sizes, we recommend you order the bigger size so they are not too tight while you break them in.

Shipping and delivery:

All orders ship from US. We ship within USA and internationally anywhere in the world.

FREE Shipping in all USA orders:

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all USA orders. No code or coupon needed. Hassle Free.  

All US domestic orders ship via USPS Priority with tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow sometime for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

 FLAT RATE Shipping for Canada Orders:

We offer a $3.99 flat rate shipping for all orders in Canada, and FREE shipping for all Canada orders over $100. Canada orders ship via USPS First Class International with no tracking number.

 FLAT RATE Shipping Rest of the World Orders ( Non USA & Canada Orders)

We offer a $15 flat rate international shipping for orders with one pair, and then just add $3 per pair after first pair. International orders ship via USPS First Class International with no tracking number. 
 

What are the estimated shipping times?

For Domestic US Orders: It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority with expected delivery between 5-7 days.

Canada and International Orders: It may take 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class with expected delivery between 10-15 days.

We can not take responsibility for items lost or stolen after a package is confirmed as delivered by USPS tracking, and will not refund a lost or stolen item. We encourage customers who find that their USPS tracking status is "delivered" but they have not received their package and/or believe it to be lost or stolen, to file a claim through USPS. We are happy to provide whatever information you need to assist you with opening a claim.

 

Will I get charged customs?

All US orders are free from custom fees. However for international orders we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

Where are your avarca leather sandals from?

At The Avarca Store we’ve curated a collection from the best avarca artisans and shoemakers from Spain.

Where are Avarca leather sandals manufactured?

All our avarcas are manufactured in Menorca (Spain) , and are all hand-made.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. 

What currency is your pricing in?

All prices are listed are in US dollars.

Return/ Exchange Policy?

We accept exchanges and returns only within 30 days of online purchase, provided they are in new condition, unworn and with original boxes, tags and packaging. If you need to set up a return, email us at info@avarcastore.com so we can get started on the return or exchange process. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

For returns we will credit the credit card you used for the purchase. However we do not reimburse any shipping fee or duty/brokerage charges for international orders. We proudly offer free shipping but not free returns at this time.

Also note that we cannot take responsibility for returned items that got lost on the mail or stolen, and will not refund a lost or stolen item.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit refund to appear on your billing statement depending on your credit card company.
